L&B Extra Virgin Olive Oil
L&B Balsamic Vinegar
Fresh rosemary leaves
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Brie cheese, sliced
Baguette, sliced
Directions
  1. Heat oven to 400 F.
  2. Pit and halve the cherries.
  3. In a bowl, combine the cherry halves with a splash of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. 
  4. Add a handful of fresh rosemary and season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer cherry mixture to a sheet pan.
  5. Transfer cherry mixture to a sheet pan. Roast for 12 minutes. 
  6. Place a Brie slice on each baguette slice and top with the cherry mixture to serve.
